Add to that the property he has, I'd be looking at $2M in my neck of the woods. And then the taxes....

It drives me crazy when I see what others around the country can get. The sprawling property, three car garages. So jealous. But this is where I live.

It's definitely too high. It looks like he hung it in relation to the height of the interior doorway to the dining room. But it's a mirror. I'm 5'7" and when I stand in front of it, the mirror only catches me from between my chin and lower lip. It should be lowered to be in line with the height of the exterior door to the left, unless the light switch interferes. If it does I'll switch locations.

How do you guys attach images so they show up when someone quotes you instead if just seeing the [ATTACH] tag? Or do you have to link through a host site?

Nah, I want them go like that. It's the wall next to the sauna so those will be filled with towels and shampoo and other shit like that in a few months. I want one angle to watch them where I can see the old wood only, in layers.

so finished one of the three bedrooms upstairs. used the same bamboo flooring. the wifey went ahead and decorated everything along with new rug, comforter, headboard and pillows. new desk, stand and lamp. picked up a bunch of poster board frames from IKEA for his posters he's been collecting.

I bought it for a 20, and walked 90 yards home with it and a man tried to buy it from me for 500 euros. That's a profitable walk in my books, only I was too stubborn to sell.

Okay, that old coffin thing just turned into a shitshow.

The guy who wanted to buy it is an antique dealer. The lock on it is somewhat broken and without a key, but apparently that alone is worth a ton of money.

We came to a deal. He can sell the trunk. I get 60% of the profit, plus a k as a finders fee. He will sell it in the spring but before that I have to let some stupid magazine feature our home.

I need to call our insurance company, apparently I have so much collectable shit our house is worth less than the furniture. Also, I need to buy a dog.

That's four or five sheep skins sewn together. The original took me weeks to cut and to turn into a carpet. My old dog threw up on it so fiercely it could not be salvaged, after a week of it being done. That, the replacement felt like five bucks when I bought it from IKEA.

The replacement is next to my side of the bed. I miss my old idiot dog so much I want to have the replacement rug that almost made me kill her next to me when I sleep.
