People that drop weight for sure. Majority of the time it is done to garner attention.

Yep! No need to throw them. If I can push/pull/squat heavy weight and control the descent, so can everybody else.

Naw, I'm only mid-pack in my group of gym beasts. What situations do you drop weight?

I don't usually. Once in a while with heavy deads but not drop really just swifter letdown. Sometimes dumbells if go too heavy which I've been avoiding, shoulders are old. Do more high rep bodybuilder style form and volume these days.

I can understand the slightly quicker descent on the dead lift. Although I don't do it, some of my friends do (...and it still annoys me. LOL!). With the DB's, once I'm done with a set, I bring my knees to the dumbbells and use the weight to stand me up. Then I just set them down. Dropping them would pose too much risk to my shoulders.

I guess, yeah if you're filming a porno in there but otherwise; I mean where the hell would you do it? If you work there then you would have access to offices and areas that guests don't but as a regular member this would be hard to pull off, unless you're a minuteman..

only half-fancy. The other big body of water only gets natural heat from the sun shining directly on the surface. I don't have to move over in the ice tank and share with Cam, there is plenty room.

I've done that before. Draw strong shorts sometimes slide around when wearing with tights. I make sure my penis is in sculpture position prior though.
