Its why I don't have the tonal *yet* Its offensive to me that to buy your $3500 piece of equipment I also have to commit to a $40 a month service (it works without the service, you just have to carry it for a year). And have their expensive installation, which I can do a better job of.

Once the painting is done and we figure out spacing in the house if I still have my room on the landing at the top of the stairs Im going to start looking for a used one, I think demand has cooled on exercise equipment and I think post Xmas will be the time to buy.

There is youtube, I have internet, I already know how to work out.

Pam is my favorite. Her character alone warrants my one celebrity crush of Amber Nash. I use "Sploosh" quite a bit in the right setting. It helps that most have no clue what I'm talking about. Occasionally someone will laugh. Also, "Just the tip" gets used a lot.

I'd love to have a Tonal for no other reason than the progressional settings. It adjusts the weights for you in order to capitalize on progressive overload. I feel like that's where I miss the mark in my workouts.

I haven't looked into it, but the girlfriend said bowflex or nordictrack has something similar for cheaper that includes the first year of monthly service for free, then it's considerably cheaper than their competitors once you begin paying for it.

While I love the 2021 too, I hate the screens. Unbelievable they're even allowed, so much distraction. And I had to turn the brightness all the way down to make it bearable at night.
OMG! Don't get me started. I feel like I'm playing a f'ing video game driving my 2022.

Kreiger all of the way. Lucky Yates gets to have the most unhinged character.

Speaking of sploosh, great to see ole Ray back...

I want one for the compactness. I have bars in the garage for lifting myself, I have plate carriers for more resistance for pulling/pushing up and then I have the selecttec barbells but would really like to get something akin to a practical (which is what the tonal is) in something that folds up easily to be out of the way. Urban cowboy in a townhome so space, while not THAT limited, is at a premium.

I'm a few seasons behind. I find it hilarious that they keep taking Ray's legs away and giving them back. Ray is to Archer what Kenny is to South Park.

The girlfriend mothers name is Cheryl. I constantly want to call her Carol so she can correct me, then I can reply with "whatever."

I also use "Danger Zone" or "Someone call Kenny Loggins" and "Can't or Won't?"

If that still doesn't help, don't give up; there are a lot of variables! The last 3/16" of saddle height is over 10% of your efficiency.

Your knees shouldn't hurt when riding, ever. Regardless of whether you're a novice or otherwise. I took to riding a lot as a teenager, when Osgood schlatters disease meant I couldn't run more than about 100yd without my knees swelling up.
So riding a bike isn't the same as riding a horse. My leg isn't straight with the pedal at the bottom. I have these set at the length I have my stirrups on my horse saddles. Whoops.

I'll raise the seat, this should be the fix along with taking more rest days.
How was the massage? We need an update 😉🤣😘

Seriously though, pace yourself. One of my favorite quotes from a body builder "No one is coming for you." Rich people don't get rich over night and trust isn't built instantly; the same can be said with any type of growth. Growth comes a little at a time.
Glad I'm not the only immature one here, immediately thought of the same joke
