Made from scratch (except for pasta) for the family for Mother's Day. First time attempting homemade spaghetti and meatballs so took hours vs the 7 minute video that Gordon Ramsay showed. 😂 Turned out well though and everyone really liked it.

Been eating low carb during this whole shit since I can't go out to eat anyways. Luckily my gf is coming up with some good stuff.

Today was boring, just some stewed lamb or goat (can't remember) with green beans.

But yesterday had some grilled chicken, shrimp and some really good mac & cheese made with cauliflower.

We had curbside pickup from the Sri Lankan restaurant about a half hour away. Nothing like devilled chicken and a side of brinjal moju (pickled eggplant) to clear out the sinuses and brighten up home lockdown.....
