My wife loves her X3M40i (it's a 2021). We got every option EXCEPT for the Sport Dampening Suspension, which at the time was marketed as providing "a more sporty driving experience". She didn't want a harsh ride, but as it turns out that option provides the exact OPPOSITE - it gives a more comfortable ride. So our X3 rides pretty stiff so a definite marketing failure there in terms of description. Worst part is, it was only $700 so it wasn't even about the money.
Hope you got the Harmon Kardon system, I will say that when you get it set up just right along with a good source for audio, its absolutely amazing. And I'm comparing that to the B&W system in my M850i... |

We did it first time 6.5 years ago. Got our flight cancelled at 5:50 pm from Philadelphia, got rental and got to the hotel there at 4 am... Still had fun!
Took no chance this time, left home early on Thursday, driving down there for 10 hours. Got full experience this time with Zentrum tour instead of factory visit (had it last time). Drove to Washington DC and spent a night downtown visiting museums on Saturday. Plan to do it again in 6 years. |

Pulled all the chrome badges - replaced (some) with black chrome.
Also, little hard to believe a car of this level of tech, which has wireless charging and the ability to start and drive the car with your cellphone and a fingerprint - requires a cable for Car Play or Android Auto. So, $90 bucks for carlinkit will fix that. And - work to doggie proof the car (though, there's really no such thing with my dogs). But...it's a start. Instead of WeatherTech - I'm going to try TuxMat for the front, went with Custom Mats for the back.

So - at this point, I'm not recommending the Carlinkit...screen keeps going blank when driving (disconnects then reconnects). Guess I need to check out their support on this. Maybe the car is too new for the software they have.

I buy 8 packs for the same reason. Pissed me off that Costco took all my grey ones and swapped them out for green too.

65" Samsung Terrace Outdoor TV. Has been awesome with what little pool weather Texas has left.
