The "lie" topic personally got way overblown. EVERYBODY lies. Everybody. But there's a big difference between bold faced lies and little white lies.

Sedan's got two options here. Tell me which one he's going with.
1. "Babe, maybe you shouldn't have had that funnel cake at Disneyland the other day."
2. "Babe. Why you fishing for compliments? You know your body is banging."

Could she have put on weight? Maybe. But he's not stupid enough to admit it if she has. Doesn't matter if he cares or doesn't care, he doesn't want to sleep on the couch. You don't think she doesn't know if her pants fit a little more snug? Of course she does.

Big difference than being say Usher and lying about STD's to take some woman to bed vs telling your significant other she still looks sexy after they've put on love pounds.

As for the lying about profession is considered rape or whatever asinine comment that was made? Do you know how many athletes or even wealthy individuals do not disclose what they do for a living right off the bat? Not until they get to know somebody first? Same goes for successful women or women with a large net portfolio. Is it lying? Sure, if you look at the world only in black and white. But it wasn't done maliciously. If you are a hit man, you gonna tell every person you take on a date you're a fucking hit man?!

Now, if you're on unemployment or say you're a stripper but tell people you're an attorney, a CEO, a former Olympian, whatever, is it still rape? Good luck getting that tried in a court of law. And before the white knights have a field day, I'm certainly not condoning such behavior, just pointing out how stupid the reference is. And if you read that last paragraph only from a male perspective, that's on you. Women can be an attorney, CEOs or former olympians.

A purse for the mrs. And a card holder for myself. I have an LV wallet but I'm thinking I want something even more compact since I really only use 2 credit cards and my photo ID. Rarely have much cash on me.

You want something like that. They have one with just two credit card slots and a slot for a drivers license. Not flashy but good quality leather and will last awhile. Poke around the brands you like to see if they have something similar.

As for your Mrs, without knowing your financial state or how much you love your wife (lol, just kidding) for ultimate bragging rights, it has to be a Birkin bag. Followed by Channel then LV. In that order. But understand, Birkin is like her holding at minimum a 3 series on her arm. They go all the way up to holding a Bentley in her arms as well.

I drive a 3 series and an x5.... I don't think I'm worthy of a Birkin hell even the LV purses give me heart palpitations. I don't understand how there's so many people walking around with them. Unless they're all fake

Ain't that the truth. Been dating quite a lot the past month or two. I like to send photos as to show them what I'm up to; they tend to ask who I went out with, etc. and I often have to lie it's a friend even though it's another girl.

It's expected these days to date around and keep your options open by going out with multiple people at the same time, but you just don't ever fucking mention it to the other person.

Though, I've been on six dates with this one girl and after the first night spent together, we've agreed to be sexually exclusive just to keep things safe and worry-free. Not gonna breach that agreement myself, but she and I are technically free to still go on dates with others. Now, I don't know what the heck I'm doing because - and I have told her so - my dating history consists purely of one-night stands so this is already a very serious relationships in my books. But, it's been going well so far between us two.

Thanks for that Dad! I lie daily. Why? Because I'm human and paradoxically this makes me honest. Sometimes, people don't need to be told that their ideas are shit or that their efforts fell short of the mark. I lie the same reason most people do, in order to protect feelings and keep people's integrity in check. In my personal life, I live by "Hurt my feelings with the truth before sparing emotions with a lie", but in business; especially when leading a group, this doesn't work.
