Doesn't have to be a new car purchase. Just a car you owned, leased, etc...

Best: 2002 RSX Type-S (6MT)
Modified to hell (supercharged), driven HARD, taken care of very well and maintained to the tits but NEVER gave me trouble; ever. Boosted for over 75k miles; sold it at 110k and it pulled like brand new. New owner crashed it and totaled in in a month. RIP. Worst: 2010 Infiniti G37s (6MT) After 10k miles the car felt like it had 80k miles. Build quality was horrendous. Transmission got severely clunky and became a task to drive; gas mileage was abysmal and progressively worsened. Interior build quality was VERY Nissan-like and cheap. Paint chips were horrendous. It was just a horrible horrible car. Resale value also tanked like crazy. Lost a lot of money on that one. I've had my F80 M3 6MT for almost a year now and it has been superb. We'll see how this first gen M car holds up though. |

True story, I sued him for my $500 back in small claims, and lost. He admitted what he did and the justice ruled against me. Also, I learned that Justice's in small claims don't even have law degrees, go figure. Nor in traffic court. Why? Because of 2 words. "As is." Nice lesson for a 22 y.o. to learn. Paid $900 for a used motor and tranny from a salvage yard, and drove that bi*** for the next 7 years until I got my first new car! |

I don't have a car I regret buying, but there is one I regret not buying which is a 1M. I received an allocation for one late in 2011, but I was under contract on my house at the time, so taking out another loan was not an option.

Yeah I was second on the list for one but dropped off because I already had a 2010 135i and figured I would just roll into a 1M when my lease was up. Oops.

I regret getting an Audi A4 (B6) 1.8T wagon when it was new. Love the wagon but man did Audi build shitty, over weight slow cars back then (I think they still do). Clutch and flywheel was weak and the tranny sucked. The awd wasn't that hot either.
At about the same time my mom had a A4 (B6) 2.0 no turbo FWD in Hong Kong and that was even worse, much much worse. Interior was melting, tiptronic broke, slow as a corolla, and broke down every other week. Turned me off Audi for good. Also had a GD Subaru WRX when it was first introduced to NA. What a rip off milker of a car. They decide to put on the shittiest tires in the market that had the nastiest understeer and sudden snap oversteer tendency. Paper thin metals, disgusting interior and mediocre performance. Turned me off Subaru for good too but I wouldn't mind picking up a 22B STi if I came across one. |

10" Kickers? Man.....how'd you fit those in the MR2? I had two 12" Boston Acoustic Pro Series in a custom isobaric plexiglass enclosure and Boston separates up front and Infinity coax in the back. PPI A404 running the speakers and A600 running the subs - both running internal liquid cooling. All in a limo-tint black 92 Integra. This is going off memory...some of this shit might be made up. I'm feeling kinda Viet-thug today cuz I'm wearing my Sriracha t-shirt. |

Ppi were dope. I remember years later when I wanted to put subs in my Evo I was searching for ppi and they just disappeared from planet earth. I was shocked LOL. Couldn't trust any other amps even though they were probably better. Did you also have racing lights? I had a manual switch to hold my rear ambers fully on to indicate race mode. What a ricer lol Looked similar to this. I think it still looks badass. I even remember the plate for that car as it was my first.
