but wouldn't you prioritize your more experienced driver? i would. Oscar with Webber's help will have to show what he's made of to climb over Lando in the pecking order.

a bit like Vettel over Webber (oops) and then went on to destroy Webber. and Max over Ricciardo who quit before he was destroyed but went on to self destruction and now wants to come back to "help" Max.

when we had the V10s Kimi would drive full throttle in the spray, never seen anyone complain. now with all the aero and the 18" tires nobody can drive in the wet. it's dry or inters only. anything else, red flag.

they started on wets, red flag after 2 laps. waited 2 hrs. Verstappen immediately wanted to put on inters but decided to hold on so he doesn't come out behind everyone. as soon as he had a gap inters till the end.

they can't drive in the wet condition. dry or inters only. wet = red flag.

...and just in Max is taking a 5 grid drop for a new gearbox to be fitted in his race car for Sunday, nothing really to worry about for us.

I don't know (probably no one does outside RB) if this is a tactical change (to have one in spare so to say) or a strictly needed change.

Inters are all that MAX needs so long as it's not a river on the track

Yes a 5P grid penalty . MAX's gearbox is replaced (again) it's his 5th gearbox in 12 races ...
This means like you run 2-3 races and your gearbox is gone ...
The downshifts/lag ect. MAX wasn't happy with the returning gearbox issue ..

The RB19's ultra small gearbox is not very reliable , but in terms of aerodynamics It's an advantage ..
