2nd cousin but we were closer when I was younger. However, he needs to sell his car at Carmax for a check on the spot, cash it in, buy cheaper wheels, sell all his sports stuff for something, pay his own insurance, internet, toilet paper, get his license straight and get a job. He is choosing to do it his own way, which is asking for handouts, though he hasn't text me since last week. This guy is 42 IIRC but all his life everything was given to him so it's hard for him to be on his own.
