Absolutely, I don't want anyone to think I'm casting dispersions at soccer!!!

It takes a special kinda athlete!!! Back in the day I could play football, baseball and basketball. I could even play pick up games of all 3 as I got older. But soccer, no way...too difficult and exhausting!!!!

And they have to be good actors. Otherwise the Schwalbe isn't convincing

Gordon Ramsay is one of the few people I really can't stand. It seems that saves me $35k
Neither do I. He treats subordinates in his kitchens like a tyrant. He was nearly killed in a cycle accident where half his body was black and without a helmet he would have easily been a goner and because of that has a mobility problem.
Like you I'll pass on on the $35k ticket

For some reason Americans love mean Brits like Ramsey and Simon Cowell

I'll also pass on the $35k Gordon Ramsey Garage!!!

Hell, I'm too frugal to step foot into one of his ordinary restaurants.

I also saw his social media post on the bike accident

In Ramsay's world...there's only room for Ramsay. Same goes for Cowell.
It's not that they're mean, it's that they're so full of themselves on TV.

I'm not big on Cowell either!!! But me and the wife do like Gordon Ramsey's TV show "Uncharted"

"Uncharted" shows his true personality while traveling the world learning from and competing against other chefs. Seems like a really nice and funny bloke away from his "Hells Kitchen" persona

Thumbs up

I am really excited for the first race after the summer break. The last few races before the break were great and I am expecting another great race at Zandvoort. Attending an F1 race can be a great fun especially when there are some additional events you may attend during the race weekend apart from witnessing the speeds and thrills on the track. One such event that fans can enjoy during the upcoming Dutch GP is this meetup that is happening on Saturday, 24th August at Mango’s Beachbar Zandvoort.

I went to the Hells Kitchen in DC. Hated it - couldn't get anything Kosher. Everything was wrapped in Bacon like the Beef Wellington, or was bottom feeders like Shrimp and Muscels. It's was disgusting and a letdown.

Sounds good to me, should suit Ferrari too with a more definite set up. We'll see how the wind there affects them all.

I've mentioned this before, more effective induction air filters have to be used as just one spec of sand entering the PU can kill the performance or worse especially MAX's huge penalty new one from Spa has to be checked continuously if RB don't want to hear anymore French from him.
He's already been swindled out of one dud engine at Montreal and if something did happen on that fresh PU then what he said before to the team would seem like kid glove talk. I'd throw my helmet at them

...but then with what Marko says about not finding a good solution after the holiday, when two weeks must pass before you touch the cars, is Marko just saying that, they have a bit more time or he's sandbagging. If not then as usual it's down to the MAX Factor, same as it ever was so what's new?

Do the cars not run any type of filter? I assume they do - can it be changed mid race?

Honestly, it seems like F1 has been toned down. They are basically mentally prepping us for E-Cars.
No fuel, no repairs, no changes - just tires. Cars are also a lot more reliable than they used to be,

Where is the drama?

There are up to 15 UFI filters in an F1 car not only for the engine induction but a host of other things too like oil, fuel, brake fluid, DRS operation etc.
I would love to see the return of mid race fuel filling even in 2026 as cars would still need gas and the heavy electric motors wouldn't be so heavy with half tank of gas on starting.

Fueling and minor adjustments mid race, with mandatory 1-2 pits per race.

Small displacement. High revving engines with 70s Era European car reliability.

It would be like rolling the dice every week. I promise you Sauber and Haas would have at least 1 podium a year with these rules.
