Okay so I've did some serious damage. I've done my groin, I must not have done enough stretches and I seriously underestimated the Ab Ripper workout. 25 reps is pretty hardcore. I'm going to start over again in a few days, and it gives me a chance to download the rest of the P90X series. At least now I know what I'm in for!!

Love the ab ripper x work out so
much that I've been cutting the main work out down by 20 minutes and trying my best at finnishing ab ripper x.

Anyone else hate yoga?

If anyone wants something faster I recommend "INSANITY" . I have both P90x and INSANITY and both works really well. I don't like how we stretched in the beginning for p90x otherwise I really like his exercise!

I'll try it after 2 rounds of p90x. Do you have pics to show us before and after?

For anyone who goes into the gym, lifts heavy weights, never does cardio and think they're the shit, try the Plyo workout. Bet you puke in the first 15 min. Congrats, you just learned the difference between being strong and being fit.

I am on my 4th workout of cf. I have the P90X workout dvd's right in front of me but I prefer to do the workout at a gym.

Plus crossfit is free if you do it at your local gym with a bud or two. They post the workout's everyday that you are suppose to do. You can join the crossfit gym for 150$ per month but I have been cheating and j

just looking at the workout's posted on the website and doing them with a buddy of mine that used to do xfit.

Plus it seems P90X can take 1.5 hrs to do (I Have never done it, just going off post here); so far my longest workout with Xfit is 40 minutes.

My chest is harder and bigger and my gf has noticed it when we are laying down watching tv with her hand usually on my chest. My arms are starting to get some definition. So as far as I'm concerned....god bless the dude that posted about p90x on this forum. I take whey protein and the animal pak.
loving the enthusiasm. this programme must be pretty good

i was like, this is isn't a gym. it's an apt building from 1925 and i don't want you coming through the ceiling.

Do any of you guys not use a pull up bar? Is it really necessary or can I substitute with dumbells?

You can substitute, but if you really want results nothing beats a pull up bar.

I'm interested in starting this. I have the dumb bells and I can easily download the program. I am SO bored of going to the gym. My only question is will I be able to do it? I can only do about 20 correctly done push ups and as for pull ups, I can't do even one. What exactly are the bands everyone is talking about that you can substitute for a pull up bar? Will I be able to keep up?
