Any luck getting these covered/reimbursed? I too have an 04/09 335i... shelled out for the repairs a couple years ago but this continues to aggravate me, since it appears all but a few months of e92’s with the N54 are covered under this. Old thread, but as mentioned it’s not a cheap repair.

They've given the shaft to ppl that have similar cars but somehow didn't fall into their arbitrarily set MY or country. I'll probably not get a Bimmer as my next car for this reason.

I had injectors updated to Index 12 on my 08 335i by BMW dealership. But I dont see any injector recalls coming up here for my 09 135i http://www.bmwusa.com/standard/conte...tyrecalls.aspx .
I have Index 7 injectors on the car now.
Is there a way I can get the updated Index 12 injectors from BMW?

Anyone have their coverage denied? I submitted my invoice for my 2011 Z4, which qualifies according the the invoice. I sent in my shops invoice, which included diagnostic detail, parts, labor, et cetera. The letter did not go into specifics, and just said it was denied. I haven't called them yet to follow up for details. But anyone else?

Above says 2011. And according to the BMW Portal my car qualified.
