Find the biggest dude at your gym. Get on his plan. Jk but seriously, bodybuilding.com has plenty of workout routines. Usually where I go, change it up every 5-6 wks
Or Greg Plitt. He's a beast |

Just finished my own 6 week plan. Started cutting after bulking from 164-204. Currently sitting at 172. Took me about 65 days myfitnesspal counting to reach 172.
Before is the picture, and after is in a youtube video of me treating my self for reaching my goal, with progress pics at the end. [u2b][/u2b] |

I have tried lots over the years. In terms of body comp - for MY body - one approach has yielded clearly better results:
1. Eat clean - the hardest but IMHO def the thing that makes the biggest difference even more so than training. Unfortunately this means zero alcohol (just coffee or water really!), low GI, favour protein and 'good fats' over carbs, plenty meat and veggies, protein supps vit supps, also took BCAAs, ZMA & CREATINE... 2. Training - in a nutshell! Big compound movements favouring big muscles (I don't train arms), heavy weights, little rest, and HIT (I do sprints) for CV. No steady state hour long runs etc (for me, my body improved slightly after stopping running 10ks and spending hours on treadmill / cross trainer etc..) |

I just started Jim Stoppani's superman workout. I'm in the 2nd month and have had great results. Your just about constantly doing something minus the 1 min breaks in between. Everything is superseted. Definately swollen by the end.
