im 5'7 160lbs, body/fat: 10%
Workout: 5days /week (lift 3days, 2days cardio) Now, for the past one month, I'm eating 3 whole eggs for breakfast. Will it cause LDL to spike? AFAIK, LDL increases only on excess availability of saturated and trans fat. I avoid those. Any ideas guys? |

From what I know. Caesin is a great shake to take just prior to bed as it's absorbed slowly.

I think you will be ok with 3 eggs but personally my ratio would be 1 yolk/ 3 egg white combo. There are some vitamins in the yolk but the protein's in the egg whites.
