The people who carry on 6 bags and then expect you, who followed the rules, to hold your brief case in your lap the entire flight so they can have the overhead room.

- people who spreads their crap across multiple seats at the gate. Lucky I fly often enough to have lounge access and priority line so I don’t wait at the gate much now.
- I also often get free upgrade into business class where I get my own pod. Been spoiled enough now that whenever I don’t get the upgrade I feel like a peasant in economy.
Like you, I fly often for work. Delta Diamond Status.
I’ve seen so much stuff while flying I can probably write a book.

- comfort animals within reason. Sure you may be entitled to travel with your 100 lb Golden Retriever who’s shedding hair everywhere while you “try” to get it to sit on your lap. What happened to my rights as a traveler to be allergen free from fur flying everywhere
- people who yell at airport staff about their status and entitled bull crap. I’m status too but I don’t throw it in their face. Consider your free upgrade a gift, not a god given right
- short layovers with spread out terminals. ATL, MSP
- airports without my Delta sky club lol
- the fact that you can’t bring drinks through TSA but you can bring food. Really? Airports are making a killing on us lol
- flights with low airflow
- parents who are separated from their kids and then try to guilt you in switching seats
- people who get mad at you for not switching seats and they have a middle seat
- Southwest seating system, the people give you dirty looks so you don’t sit in their row or spread all their crap everywhere to make it hard to sit
- people who board and smack you with their stuff
- people who crowd the armrests
- people who put their crap in the first class bins and sit in the back
- slow GoGo internet
- people who rest their head on your shoulders when sleeping
- people who insist on talking to you even though your headphones are on and your eyes are closed... and tapping on your shoulder... and trying to touch your headphones
- people who cut you off in line to board, coming out from left field, when you’ve been standing there for 10 minutes

Geez I can go on and on...

about the seat switching thing, i was well annoyed in one flight. me and a friend went to boston for summer school, and after i booked the window seat for myself i texted him so he can book the one next to it (it was a 2-4-2 layout). he said he couldnt but booked the one on the other side of the corridor (rightmost of the 4 instead of left of the 2), we figured we'd ask nicely and the person would probably switch since both are isle seats.

that damn old lady didnt switch. she also had brought in some sort of ""authentic"" food that smelled disgusting AND basically slept on me the whole flight, i was very pissed

Also my dude, what do you mean southwest's seating system? arent you basically "assigned" seats with every airline?

Not with Southwest. They seat you by zone. It’s a first come first serve. You have your choice of aisle, middle, window, and halfway out the window. Too soon?

Water is included. Maybe not on Spirit Airlines.. I haven’t flown with them yet but I hear they nickel and dime you.

I fly southwest a lot pretty good airline. Its open seating so if you have status or check-in early youll def get an aisle or maybe an emergency row seat.

2 Free checked bags is clutch.

water drinks and snacks included. Southwest has the best damn coffee in the world. Ill drink three cups during a 3 hours flight lol...Dont worry I sit in the aisle.

Also free cancellation and changing is clutch. If you see a cheaper rate after you booked you can immediately book that fare without penalty. And if you decide not to go then you can cancel and keep all your money but will be a southwest gift card.

Frontier gives you water.

Spirit gives you nothing. worst airline. But hey NY-Miami 2 and half hours...its just a long car ride

That was me. You were assaulted because I told you to stop farting and you didn't.

If anyone is flying Delta, and you want a free drink, pm me and I can give you a free drink voucher. I have a few that expire on the 16th of this month. I don’t drink and even if I did, I get free ones flying Delta Comfort or First.

I’ll delete this post once I’m out

And now a view from the other side:

1. Gate lice. People that cluster around the boarding door to try to get on the plane first. Nearly every airline has a boarding order. Sit down, listen, wait your turn.

2. People who check their brains when they check their bags. Pay attention to the world around you.

3. People who walk aimlessly around the airport. Get out of the way or walk in a predictable manner. Pretend you are driving and follow the rules of the road.

4. Read the flipping signs, people. Find you own way to baggage claim or the bathroom or the bar.

5. Drunks/druggies. Just don't do it. If I think you are drunk/high I will kick you off the plane.

6. Customers who want bigger, better seats, faster flights, free wifi, free food, free booze, and only want to pay $99 for a trans-con flight. Get bent.

As a frequent flier I could make a 3 page list.

Number 1, courtesy. It simply doesn't exist anymore. Fix that and most others would go away too.

I do that, because my real luggage is in the hold where it belongs, instead of all these asshats carrying on half of what they own and expecting to have room for it.
