Rangers have started off well. The rookie Lindberg has 4 goals in 3 games and the King is in mid-season form. Couldn't ask for a better start. Playing a Jets team tonight coming off a loss to the Icelanders last night. Feeling pretty positive.

Those islanders sure have a solid team. They were just crazy good on the pressure and forecheck. The jets couldn't breath at some points.

Kings are looking like slugs again..Sharks smoked the Caps..albeit without the big O..but still playing how we should be.

I read this morning, regarding Ovechkin, the reason he was a scratch for the game against the Sharks was because he set his alarm clock late and missed the morning skate. I guess, rules are rules, but if your going to sit your best player, be prepared to get thumped 5-0.

Tomorrow should be good. Sharks, hottest team in NHL(by differential) get to play their new coach's former team--Devils. They have to be pretty hungry not only for a win but to show him up.

Excellent. I have to have everyone vote to change the draft date on the referenda page. I made a poll thinking I could change it, but it says everyone needs to vote... so I have been trying to get everyone to vote to get it set up.

So Leafs are changing their logo, it makes me wonder why. It's such a classic and simple logo which works perfectly fine. But why do I care, I'm not a Toronto fan.

WJC is not far away. Think it might be one of the better ones since most teams seems stacked, especially the Euro teams. Best part of it all is that I'm off work during the 26th for ten whole days

Blue Jackets seem to be doing ok. Neither good nor mediocre, just okay.

I have to the honest though, the skill is not there with the Devils. They are believing the system and working hard. Due to that they are winning, aside from a little luck helping them along the way.

Last night proved the no skill factor in their play. They looked lost last night. The Isles are no joke.

Thanks. I just feel like they should be doing so much better, and they should be! Tonight was a good win. Sorry about your Rangers. WTH is going on with them this year? That's such a good team! I'm blaming all my shitty sports teams on coaching lol My NFL team was garbage!

I just can't believe the ducks are doing that bad...still a long ways to go and all it,takes is one 10 game win streak to be right back there. I've been through many years of having a top notch roster on the sharks and watching a flat team over and over.

I know, right?!?! Ugh. SHARKS FAN! ENEMY! lol I kid, I kid. Any hockey fan is a friend of mine. You know, I really am starting to think it's Boudreau. I've seen games where the Ducks play soooo well and I'm like "hell yeah. That's my team!" But it's been mostly me SMH, crying on my couch. I'm still holding out hope. The Kings usually play like shit, then turn it on to make the playoffs; they are really playing hard this year. I think our division is tough. OMG I'm laughing so hard at the Pens this season.

I've always thought of the ducks and kings as the example of how we should be...we still have no cup. As far as I'm concerned I want CA hockey dominance...especially over the east. It's our turn!! Hope your ducks step up.

I think you are the nicest hockey fan I've ever come across, anywhere, ever! The Sharks are our arch-nemeses! We are supposed to hate eachother! Haha I hope so, too. I wanna at least make the playoffs. Geez. Chicago is just too damn good, though. Could be CHI vs LA for the cup. How cool would it be if Selanne coached the Ducks? I don't buy into the whole Norcal vs LA thing...My family is from LA and I have lived there a couple times. My first Hockey game was the Kings in LA and I grew up going to Dodger games. That being said, I am a hockey fan and my team is the Sharks but when they go out I will root for a CA team next. Last year I was rooting for the Ducks when we didn't make it. As a child I got into hockey by watching the playoffs and being thrilled watching the Flyers(Sharks did not exist then). Yeah..best teams to beat are the ones in the group..I think a little heckling is good. My scenario is this: Sharks play and beat Kings second round, Sharks play and beat Ducks third round and then beat whoever in the East. Obviously, your going to have a tweak in that equation. I just get tired of espn and all the Eastern pompous fans. A few years back everyone in the East used to fear playing the big three Cali teams..we need that again. Cali power!
