Here is a 5RM front squat from a couple weeks ago at 255. Still have plenty more in the tank, just adding the weight on slowly and steadily.

Of course with crossfit plates, it looks like a bizzillion pounds.

I can beat that. I was on the bench and after my third rep with the bar, I rested it on my chest and was moving it back and forth to get more of a stretch. Someone came over to see if I needed a spot.

EGO CRUSHED!

Just found this thread - maybe I need to start lifting weights to get numbers worthy of posting here.

I am impressed by many of the olympic numbers here! Even in my heyday I was never good at power cleans, snatches, and squats, haha.

Anyone do dumbbell snatches?

I do DB snatches on a irregular basis whenever its prescribed in the WOD. Haven't ventured beyond anything greater than 55 lb. Granted we are talking about DB power snatches, I can't sink into a full DB overhead squat to save my life.

Shouldn't be benching anywhere near max dead?

If you can bench almost 500, I would expect your squat and deadlift to be hundreds beyond that. Must be on that Mark Bell training regiment.

That's me. Power lifter extraordinaire !

Btw are you asking me or telling me about my lifts? Sounds like telling. I wonder why? Do you know me?

Tbc- because I get stuck in the hole and didn't do enough box training to work through it consistently and tend to have knee and ankle problems. Sorry I don't meet your elite %s. :-)

Keep pumping your chest out man, it's cool to be tough on the internet.

BTW I wasn't criticizing you, just odd to have the big 3 all at the same weight. And in the era of quarter squats and partial reps, I am always going to question maxes that seem off.

You out squat me (if you truly hit depth) so good on you man. Not many people can bench close to 500 either.

I don't pump at all actually. Those are real numbers. I don't have reason to lie. Getting stuck in the hole stinks. Bad ankles stinks more. I'm 42 and have nothing to gain from making things up. Maxes were hit around 5 years ago. Thanks. At 5'6" movements are easy with less distance.

Now I have shoulders messed up too. So my bench is likely 315x a couple. My dead is 405+ and squat around 405 but need to build lower back stability to push harder.
