I've just returned from Ile aux Perroquet, off the shore of Quebec, Canada. It's an islet that's only about 200-yards long. I went as part of a workshop, organized by wildlife photographer, Christopher Dodds. There were only four-participants in the workshop (that's full). It was absolutely luxurious, with the wind and sun at our backs, puffins flying in at eye-level and below and gourmet meals, throughout the stay.
I took this shot, sitting in a chair, in front of one of the puffins' favorite launch/land rocks: Landing by David Stephens, on Flickr

Here's the Flickr Album, resulting from my four-day puffin shooting trip. I narrowed down over 13,000 pix to just under 200. If it's still too many for you, you can click-thru quickly.

Chris Dodds runs a first class show. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

Wow! Super bobcat-stalking shot. Incredible pose.

I see them a few times a year up at Point Reyes National Seashore, but often they are too far from the road or trail to get a good shot of. The elk rut up there starts soon, so I will be traveling up there often for the next few months, and hope to get more.

That coyote looks like it's ready for a Colorado winter. I'm surprised to see such a full coat, on a California coyote.
Great shot.

Well in fairness it was ready for California winter. Shot was taken last December and he was in great shape compared to most of the scrawny ones I see around. I'm in the doldrums here shooting wise, so I am going through a few hundred shots I rated, but never actually converted or posted from the last year or so.
