I can't even lie or sugar coat it. I feel like crap. I've really fallen off the healthy eating wagon recently and it sucks.
Any of you all decent cooks/have easy recipes?

Even as an east coast native, I've always tried to stay away from more than one slice of pizza at night. Could never do gut bombs without paying for it the next day. |

In terms of healthier things, i'm looking for more fish and seafood in my diet. I don't eat a ton of red meat so ok on that front. Any simple grilled chicken dishes would be welcome as well. I LOVE Tuna so long as gross Mayo doesn't get involved. I think? Ahi burgers are rather healthy? Much appreciated!!! Quote:
At least it was thin crust and light cheese. Sigh...

Salmon. Stuff a filet in a grill, squeeze lemon on top of it, black pepper and salt on top. Serve it with grilled jalapenos (just put them next to the fish) and also you can take paprikas, and stuff them with other veggies. Put some spices into them and wrap it up in foil. Cooking time about 30 minutes. Salmon (you can use other fishes too) pasta: Take the leftover salmon from the previous dish, chop it up. Make a light cream sauce with habanera as the main spice, chit in lemon grass, basil, peppers, what ever you have, garlic and so on. Add salmon, cook pasta, mix and eat. I serve this usually with spinach based salad. Take a chicken breast, make a cut that resembles a pocket, put herbs in. Grill. Serve with a salad, I'd add some yasmin rice since men need more calories than us. If you are a left over cook like I am, you can chop the rest and make a pasta such as above the next day. Works. Adding chilies to any meal (and not the spiciest ones, I prefer jalapeños) will accelerate your metabolism up to 20%. Don't eat tuna, the destruction caused by catching those is awful and completely overlooked here.

My best friend is a guy, a hot one I've been informed. I could never sleep with him (sure, same bed, sleeping bag, tent, what ever has happened a lot) since I know everything about him.
We go to sauna together, we swim together (Finland, no suits), and we've even watched porn together (yeah, don't ask), he bought me my first tampons (yeah, that kinda ruins everything too). There is no way we could ever feel any attraction towards each other. The whole thing with knowing the other from the age of diapers ruins it.

Lol, we just know each other too well. I love the guy to bits, he's saved me from so many situations, and I have listened his heartbreaks too many times. We both have had the other ones exes unloading abt our weirdness to the other. My ex hated the guy sooooooooo much, and my friend just kindly told him that we are a baggage deal. His exes loved me so much most of his teenage relationships ended with the words "its her or me"

Lups, are those just recipes you found, or something you make all the time??? I think Truly, the way to a man's heart is thru his stomach.
My favorite bachelor recipe was something I called "Surfer's Revenge" Make a basic pasta, usually alfredo, then throw a plank of grilled shark (salt, pepper, bit of olive oil) on top and enjoy. My habaneros are just starting to ripen in the back yard. . . |
