This is a Cranberry/Orange Nut loaf. I got the recipe from a friend of Granny, Mrs. Mueller. Gd bless her.
Walnuts inside, pecans on top, orange zest in the batter. It's a great breakfast bread; my wife puts cream cheese on it!.
