Spaghetti marinara
I haven't had spaghetti in a while - love it! Marinara, sliced onions, Kalamata olives, EVOO and copious freshly grated parmesan! Cherries for dessert. |

One of my favorite "ezee-peezy" dishes. Shrimp stir fry...My usual rice takes 45 ish minutes to cook. This rice is 10 minutes, and 10 to rest. About the same time (10 minutes veggies, 4 minutes for the shrimp) for the veggies and shrip to cook).
