That long-eared owl really hung around a long time yesterday and encouraged me to take many pictures of him, in the falling snow. I think that this is my best portrait shot:

Love the 5D MkIV. This was at ISO 3200 and cleaned up very nicely, I think.

This is a handheld, no flash night shot using 6D @ ISO 12,800. Noise processed in DxO 11. Soviet Pechora C-125 WWII era surface-to-air missiles, on display in Dnipro, Ukraine.

Great, night shot.

It's amazing what we can do with today's sensors and NR help from the likes of DxO's PRIME. We have incredible freedom compared to just a couple of years ago.

Dave, yeah I am happy I got Dx0 11 ... it did not work for the one shot I wanted to use it for, but has worked awesome pretty much in all other instances. Have not used flash in a really long time since getting my 6D.
