I didn't get a pic, but pretty much everything went on the griddle last night:
Sausages (spicy Italian and plain) nopales 3 types of chiles tortillas rice beans Hawaiian sweet buns 1/3lb burgers cheese My grand nephew came late and got the best rice/beans, fried up on the griddle next to the burgers and sausages. Funny, there wasn't much grease left after cooking his meal!

Anybody here purchase meat from Snake River Farms. I’d like to send someone a beef rib roast. Any other online recommendations? Here’s one I made the other day. It’s from my local market. Had it deboned and tied but the bones ended up in the drip pan. No big deal and all was delicious.
