I wonder at what point coffee becomes "too much coffee".

I usually have two cups before noon and one in the afternoon. But sometimes two in the afternoon.

Is four cups gunna kill me or something? I don't drink soda so it's this or nothin' for caffeine. And i'm not a morning person.

IMHO having any coffee is too much. I don't need coffee to get me going as Flintstone vitamins is all I ever need.

I work 9/80. Friday was our scheduled day off, so we get the holiday tomorrow. I took Monday off just because I have to pick my son up in the p.m. from LAX. 5 day weekend!!!!!

Well, it's not really coffee really, it's the caffeine. Caffeine releases cortisol into your body, which makes you feel hungry, and it also promotes fat storage. So if you're trying to lose weight, caffeine is your enemy.

I could never get into the iced or flavored stuff. I mean shit, if you dump a bunch of carmel into it, i'm not going to sit here and pretend it doesn't taste good.

But when I think "coffee" I mean an honest to god cup of coffee. These iced concoctions are getting cray.

Nothing beats a french pressed cup of dark roast. Oof.

I use to LOVE Hazelnut coffee with four Hazelnut creamers and four packets of sugar. Great during the winter.

It's possible I have red velvet cake ice cream in the fridge next to my desk. It's also possible i'm stuffing my face with it like a complete fatass as I listen in on this conference call.

I met someone last week who likes to water down their coffee with water. True story....I was so confused at what he was doing when I first saw it. Thought it was Vodka or something hah.
