Shrimp Alfredo with broccolini
Framboises for dessert. Classic combination. Alfredo sauce with shallots and garlic, roux, heavy cream and grated parmesan. Al dente spaghetti, blanched broccolini and shrimp. |

Americanized St Pattys. Almost corned/cabbage
The filet was certainly rare. The ribeye was closer to med-rare. I know some of you don’t appreciate sprouts, but I love them!
