The nachos were just an appetizer. Straight out of the box. Nothing added except a few spices after baking. Good pizza but bland.

I was in the mood for cabbage as well....
Layers of sliced cabbage and hamburger, baked, topped with Mozzarella cheese the last 10 minutes. Asparagus and green beans with almonds.

Saturday night we went to local fish house. Wife kept asking "why aren't you getting the usual Caesar and oysters?" Because usual.
Instead I opted for trout almandine, with parmesan potato cake and black beans. I have to say, that was the hottest (temp) meal I have had out in a very long time. As I got to the bottom 1/3 of the trout, I was still blowing steam out of my mouth when I told the waiter I needed another club soda. Complimented the chef that was the best trout, second only to the ones I caught myself up in Colorado.

Easy-peezy go to meal, but good.
Boneless chicken breast, glaze (remnants of a few near empty bottles in the fridge), baked potato slices, corn.
