How you figure? I’ve always found NYs to have better marbling throughout than a ribeye does. Ribeye has distinct fatty areas of the cut which are delicious, but lacks them outside of that. It’s a lot to do with that fact I’ve been buying more New York’s the past few years than I have ribeyes - more flavor per bite.

The strips in the picture seem to have no / very little marbling. Maybe the ribeyes are higher grade cuts.

No a whole bunch better, but at least some marbling. I'm trying out a new mesquite rub. Sat for about 2 hours, then an hour of salt

I am saving so much money eating at home. I couldn't get 1 rib eye at even Outback for what I spent on these 5

Opps, Don Julio and Grand Marnier into to recycle bin

Picked up a pork roast yesterday... inexpensive, delicious, and makes for good sandwiches later too.

Took the car downtown to get some take out soul food. Fried chicken, mac and cheese, black eyed peas, collard greens, and fried okra.

Made another of the Prime Strip steaks I got from Costco a couple weeks ago. These are so good that when I consider the price, I may never buy a steak from anyplace else again! Roasted some asparagus and made some brown rice.

Thumbs up

Haven't used my Air Fryer in 2020. Using an incredible Citrus Rub, I made these!

I'm glad you asked Ken. I'm not a gadget person as i hate clutter. But, i bought the air fryer to make certain things easier, like fried tofu, and small frozen snacks. This thing has been fantastic. I barely use my oven now. This thing does everything an oven does but quicker, without gas, and in some cases a lot better. One of the best purchases i've made in a while.
