Get it in where you can. Speaking of pull ups....last night was all back, mostly all calisthenics work. Traps and lats are screaming today. Meant to go in and work Tri's and Back, spent the entire hour and a half trying to find the bottom or failure. I found it on pull ups, I eventually gave up on the lat pull downs and shrugs after 5 sets of 15 on each. I feel like I'm going to rip my shirt (Lou Ferrigno Hulk style) every time I move today. If you saw me, you'd realize how funny this is. I weigh under 150.

Sara So you've been on 13+ dates with MS guy, what is the plan there? Seems like a lot of dates hence the question. Does he expect something? Do you? Just trying to make heads or tails of the situation. If this has been answered already pardon the ignorance, have just been skimming through haha

I've had a nearly-identical procedure done twice in hospital cath labs, but using a fiber-optic camera and not an IV contrast line. They sedate you, cut a tiny incision in your thigh, and you wake up with a band-aid. Both of mine were as a guest of the hospitals, so I have no idea how the inpatient experience goes. The biggest pain for me with all of these tests is NPO...no food or water after midnight. The hospitals that I was in gave all of the early morning cath lab time slots to overnight guests, so I assume that inpatient tests were after lunch and they were NPO for 12+ hours. Although I suspect that you should be fine to go out after 4 hours, my $0.02 is to not plan on a Friday date. The stress of the test is enough for one day, without having to also stress about getting out of the hospital in time for the date...and possibly also the stress if your doctor shares bad news while you're there. My first cardiologist came into a pre-test meeting with me carrying a Porsche glossy catalog from the dealer, telling me that he expected the test to reveal clogged plumbing and the need for immediate surgery (obviously to pay for his new Porsche). The test revealed no problems, and that my plumbing was squeaky clean. Needless to say, I changed cardiologists soon after this.....

Honestly right now the dream post COVID is a travel buddy. The rest of my life is sorted out, so any woman coming into it has to enhance it without taking too much away to the point it negates what she brings to the party. So far haven’t found one that does that. The sweet girls want to be housewives (a cant respect someone who doesn’t have their own thing) and the rest have some sort of baggage or trauma they haven’t moved on from. Just being a boy and his dog (and motorcycle collection) isn’t so bad. |

If Sara wants to have some fun and take her time real long then that's fine, fools rush in so it can only be a win win for her getting wined and dined at the same time figuring who would be the one and they have to pay for it,pilots or not going dutch is not really plausible in this scenario.

Once, but I had more fun jumping out of them and motorcycle racing. I wouldn't be right for you anyway.
But seriously just live your life if you're comfortable and try to fight the societal pressure to pair up. Probably when you do that the right guy will just happen to show up. The longest relationships I've had in my life fell into my lap when I was taking a break from dating |

Palm Springs was really nice and worth the sacrifice in sleep to spend time with her. I am drained this morning…….figuratively and literally (…we accomplished a back-to-back-to-backer; perfect sleep aide….lol!). TGIF!
Now I'm on the road and hoping traffic doesn't make me late. |

OMG! I have this freakin picture stuck in my head of Sedan in his uniform, looking adoringly at the at the gummy bear he is squeezing between his fingers as he talks in a high pitched child's voice.
