Bought a Tilley hat today in anticipation of lots of walking around outside in the sun next week in Colorado. Most comfortable hat I've ever owned. Maybe my ears will survive without getting burned to a crisp like they usually do when I just wear a baseball cap.

Box fan trick usually work at night and early morning till 8am.
We made the sprinkler to run at 9pm flat, and turn on the box fan to get the cooler air in. It is better than $2000 swamp coolers.

It was more of a slow, mindless drift into OT from the "new posts" menu. Not the screaming handbraking F&F slide. Interesting place.
