I've often wondered what I got wrong when I thought people call if its so urgent and text me if I can answer when I stop. Sure I text while I drive at times, but not that much.

I will never text and drive. Back when I lived in Michigan, my sister was about 3 subdivision streets over at her friends house. Since I'm the mechanic in the house, I get a call saying she got in an accident at 2am. I had to be up for work at 7am...,

She hit a parked car, not 5 houses down from her friends, because she was texting. SHE WASN'T MORE THAN 3 MINUTES FROM THE HOUSE, IT COULD HAVE WAITED. GUH.

Dawwwww, she hasn't done anything to me, it's just my opinion. I'm free to state what I think of people, just as you can defend her. We offered her some serious help, she didn't take it and went down the same paths. That to me, is stupidity. Fairly simple and to the point.
