For me, I’ve always driven to work when it’s still dark. I love it. Maybe it’s something about beating the Az heat, but I love mornings. Mrs H is like you, she is most definitely not a morning person. I like to get up early and TCB. She sleeps in a bit, and is refreshed to square her end of the bargain up. We balance that well together, especially with the restaurant.

Funny you say that, Hubba, because my wife is just the opposite of me. Goes to bed early, gets up early. I guess it's true what they say; "opposites attract." 49 years together so we must be doing something right.

Yep! Will be 34 years married for us next month, and 39 years since our first date. It amazes me almost daily at the differences between us. We balance each other very well. May be cliche, but we complete each other and make a great team. Congrats on almost half a century together, my friend. That’s quite an accomplishment!

Mrs Oz is definitely a night owl person, complete opposite to me and I like catching sunrise rather than sunset. But we are no where near the number of years in terms of marriage

This happens to me all the time with names. I'll be just about to say someone's name and then it will disappear from my mind and I'll struggle to recall it, even though I may know the person very well.

This happens to me with a variety of things, including names. Got a 70th birthday coming up in a few months so I just write it off to old age.

I have a pad of paper next to my computer to write things down and I send myself emails all the time to remind me to do things, plus I constantly put dates on the calendar.

Just remembering all the things I have to do keeps me very busy.

When I experience this I start running through the alphabet, thinking of

Just turned 68yo and starting to struggle with remembering names also. Mostly just folks I have not seen or interacted with in a while.
