There are a few tournaments a year here where everyone donates the caught fish to local food shelters.

And there is usually PLENTY of beer on the water. . .

I normally fish in shorts.

@hair master yeah. Me and my friends are always responsible while fucking around with cars, water not so much. Beer, sun, fishing, pants as an option. That's the best way to spend a day.

I said "IF"..., not that it's a real consideration, lol. My little 1er has handled the past 63k miles in two years much too well to get rid of her. The sad thing is, when her time does come, I have no idea what I'd get.

Nothing with the new line of BMW appeals to me, or anyone for that matter, mostly because I love the feel of hydraulic steering in the 1er, but I guess that's just going to be a thing of the past. Sad day. I really wouldn't mind another, but I like to change it up.

I am really leaning towards a Cayman lately and getting another Honda as a daily. Is this at least somewhat acceptable?

I would love to get an M car, BUT..., I drive wayyy to much to keep up with maintenance on an M car as my only car. If I got an M, I'd still have to get a Honda as a beater. I'm tired of having a nice(er) car, and bastardizing it with tons of miles every year. I'd like my next one to last me a long time...., ya know?

Cayman would be second choice, first is a 996 if I can find one that fits my fancy. Preferably just a Carrera S, but time will tell. That's far out in the future. Unless Big Red blows up on me.

I don't think I could drive a car off the lot, immediate depreciation scares me. I usually buy my cars used with ~20k miles. CPO warranty was nice on the 1er, but..., I drove the car so much, I drove it right out of warranty and never got to use the damn thing.

I should have pushed the car harder, but that flimsy little 3.0 N/A isn't exactly the most peppy thing in the box.
