I have a handful of car buddies that I keep close contact with back home in MI, so we send each other funny snaps and have snap competitions.

Sometimes I'll just browse Insta just to kill time, but I don't post anything on there anymore.

I feel you. It's all personal friends on my Instagram (so sorry to disappoint everyone here to whom I've become their favorite arrogant douche since THE douche got banned) but the arrogance/self centered doesn't translate/carry over there.

So posts are most about my bulldog whining, talking, or pictures of his cute self.

I just don't care to be on all that stuff anymore. Snapchat is quick so I can go about my day. I stay away from the bookfaces, never had a twitter and when people say tweet I want to punch them in the jugular.

Pffft, I went to Mexico and I couldn't get FB to load on the orange I got from a street vendor. Technology down there has a long way to go yet.

A friend of mine is one of those instafit celebrities, posts pictures of his gtr, nice condo - all super nice things.

However, it's all paid for by his sponsorships. Cars not his, and he stays at the condo as long as he represents the brand.

I like the guy though, so I've given him money from time to time. Good heart and all- just feel bad for him that it's all about that "front life" to stay known.

I feel like I live in the wrong era. So many people now days have no real perception of what it means to have a quality life. It's true when people say that life was much easier back in the day, and it's a shame things have been degraded so much in such a short amount of time.

The future is going to be one fucked up place.

Mostly I just enjoy socializing with a fairly large audience of people, posting funny things, interacting with other people, having discussions, and finding and enjoying funny content that others share and post. Plus, I can occasionally make a little bit of cash on the side from time to time.

Don't get me wrong, though. I'm not one of those people who's constantly online, haha. Just from time to time throughout the day.


EDIT: I'm also not the type to constantly post lavish and expensive shit all over Instagram, so don't get me confused for the type of person Sugar was describing above.
