Longines legend diver was pretty concerned about the large 52mm lug to lug but doesnt look or wear too big at all even on my skinny arms. Lugs curve down decent amount which helps also. Very happy with it beautiful watch.

Switching between these two today. I have been searching for a decent looking band, strap or bracelet for the titanium 200m professional and think I finally found one I like. The grey leather seems to complement it(in my opinion). Yes, it is dusty in the pic.

1) They review the $24 Casio. 2) This Dufour audio interview. https://www.hodinkee.com/articles/th...hilippe-dufour I'm curious what people thought about his knock on Swiss manufacturers and his remarks on the Germans. But I had not listened to all of the audio. |

Got this on Fri to replace the Series 3. Wish the complications were more flexible but the screen is a huge improvement and I've switched from bracelet to deployment strap which I like quite a bit. All things considered a solid upgrade.

Monowear - deployment leather. Comes in a lot of colors. The bracelet is also excellent that's what I had on my 3.

1940 .750 pink gold, 37.5mm w/o the crown. 20mm strap. I collect pretty much only Breitling, but this dial was like nothing I'd seen before (or since). That engine-turned effect is actually carved into the .925 silver dial. The batons and numbers are green gold.

Two comments, no wrist photos
One: I'm on a cruise and we are 5 days at sea. I forgot my Tag and I'm glad I did. Turns out I don't care what time it is
Two: While scrolling through the photos of actual contributors to this post, its pretty incredible the variety of amazing watch designs have been posted. What's also incredible is the quality of many of the photographs. Some of these photos are worthy of printing in an advertisement. Thanks to everybody who has contributed. |
