You must first buy a couple of these puppies

and proceed to hug non stop

followed by constant photo taking

mix in some TLC

Repeat constant photo taking

and end with hours of daily HOLD ON!! skills

yea i cut back on alotta crap since hs, it just doesnt apeal to me anymore...

well all my meetings sucked but hey the day is almost over.. im starving i havent ate anything today... well there still is the gym to go tooo....but i am feeling a lil sore from yesterday dont know if i should take the day off i have alotta things to do..

They have this headache creme (which you prolly don't have at your desk either lol), but it's from bath & body works and has a peppermint smell....it really works as well
