caribou ostrich alligator crocodile kangaroo emu (I'm pretty sure) elk deer duck eel octopus wild pig I have not harvested any of these critters myself, I'll give that a try one of these days, if its on a menu and its interesting I'll order it. |

I saw it on Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern. Pretty gross shit.
We need to get that guy in this thread. Also, it looks like people are starting to name exotic animals...., not the specifics of the dish. Hell, I'd eat prime meat off damn near any animal, its another thing to roast its balls in a pan, scrambled brains, livers, eyeballs, etc. |
