What is the most exotic food you’ve eaten?

I have not harvested any of these critters myself, I'll give that a try one of these days, if its on a menu and its interesting I'll order it.

Also, it looks like people are starting to name exotic animals...., not the specifics of the dish. Hell, I'd eat prime meat off damn near any animal, its another thing to roast its balls in a pan, scrambled brains, livers, eyeballs, etc.
