My dad actually owns a chain of fitness clubs. Any of you in Tampa/St. Pete, FL hear of Lifestyle Family Fitness?
I used to go to the gym M/W/F - 1 hour pt sessions. Now it's M/T/W/T/F - 30 min pt session; 20 min cardio. I think the latter works better for me. Reason for working out, mainly to stay fit and get the chicks lol.

Please...no...she's gone overboard. I think the hottest set of abs a girl can have is when there's just the defined mid line and two outer lines than run vertical, know what I'm saying. Not into the six pack spiel...even if it's only sort of noticeable.
