Taken NOxplode, NOshotgun, Jack3d, and GAT Nitraflex. Had Good results w/ NOshotgun for a while. Started Jack3d, worked good to but would mess with my stomach. Currently on my second tub of the GAT, really liking it cause I get some energy and doesn't mess with my stomach.

NOexplode is the product that makes me sick to my stomach. i threw up between my 1st and 2nd squat at a competition once because of it.

usually just a carb-rich small meal. usually throw fruits and almonds or walnuts in with it. i'd rather have sustained, consistent energy during my lifts than a stimulant-based explosion. however, if i'm ever taking a pre-workout supplement now, i usually choose them based on caffeine and other stimulant content. i avoid anything with beta alanine, hate that itchy feeling, plus there aren't any studies backing its effectiveness

Creatine bloating varies from person to person. I get almost none of it while my roommate looks like someone hooked an airline into him lol.

I bought Cellucor M5 Extreme and tried it out yesterday for the first time. I was well impressed with it. I usually squat about 300 pounds but I pushed it to 360 pounds. So I was very happy

jack3d is what I use on those days where you need alittle more oomphf.
makes my heart beat alittle to crazy sometimes if you use too much though. |

Just picked up a BOGO from complete.. 2 bottles of "primed". I tried it tonight and was pleased.
Coming of a bottle of Blitz, nothing but positive reviews on that stuff. Huge gains last month. |
