Thanks for taking the time out of your day to post the comment about the crazy people that post comments that nobody cares about.

[QUOTE=AustinPowers007;31541114]What will the price be?
The rumor going around Villa de’Este was $542,000, which seems low for a 50-unit run. The M4 3.0 CSL was roughly €750,000 and that had a 50-unit run as well. The Skytop could top that price. |

Ican see what they’re trying to do, as in using the M1 & i8 design language for this thing. BMW trying to be Italian, it has never been my preferred BMW track. I totally agree with Hooydonk that the 3.0 CSL represents BMW’s design peak, the new version they released is decent, the CSLhommage is straight out perfection. A Sky top version of that would have been something.
Inspiration for the sky top? The venerable CSL hommage |

Except for the balding & sexual frustrated stuff, I feel very related. Nevertheless, in a forum like this, it's mostly about sharing and motivating opinions or info. When you think it's pointless, I guess that you are in control of your own faith?

My main issue with this car is that I won’t be one of the 50 people who have one.

I don’t see where all this hate is coming from. If there’s anything to hate it has to be the production number

I don't hate, but I don't like either. It's an M8 competition, which is not too bad to look at and drive with and equipped with another exterior (not better, not worse, just different). So when you're sensitive to the idea that you drive 1 out of 50, it's ok, when you don't care about exclusivity, it's just very bad value.

Why is BMW spending so much time and effort on good looking cars that they plan to only sell a ridiculous handful of, and then saddling the world’s buyers with crap like beaver grills and squinty headlights? Shouldn’t more time and effort be applied to the company’s actual products?
