I do miss salt. I must say I have a hard time not adding it to some of my food. I'm making it without, though. Helps keep my BP down.

Mom was always barely alive, dad had to avoid salt. I'm in the middle. I try to limit added salt, but if you put a potato in front of me, you better have a shaker in the other hand!
