Nice shots, rodi. This your medium format film rig? Saw one on the local CL a few weeks ago and was tempted. Mamiya 645, I believe, with a full compliment of lenses. But alas, I have no darkroom and probably wouldn't get much done with film. But oh how I lusted after a Mamiya 645 back in the day.

You want RGB, which is not compressed, as is sRGB.

try saving the same photo using the "Save for Web" option from the File menu and select one of the default JPG settings within it. then see if it still does it.
