I want to be able to call that 1 800 number for " your team just won the Super Bowl get you tee and hat bullshit"... That would be a great feeling... I'm betting 2k on Seattle in an effort to dry my tears if my boys go down... I could not watch sports center for months after the loss from the Giants for the second time....hope it's a great game and tom gets imortilized with a late TD to gronkowski for the game winner.

Go patriots

judging by how many hawks fans were at last years SB, this year being in AZ will be like a homefield advantage.

good luck brady.

I know several people that are going down, including my little brother. It will be interesting to see how loud it will be.

Sam Shields: 'It was a catch'

IRVING, Texas -- Picking up Dallas Cowboys' pieces from four days at the Pro Bowl in Phoenix:

Reliving the catch: Dez Bryant pulled out of the Pro Bowl because of a lingering groin injury, but Green Bay Packers cornerback Sam Shields is playing in the game. The last time they saw each other Bryant’s fourth-down catch was overruled by replay.

Shields:
“It was a catch,” Shields said, “But the new rule and at the last minute what happened, that’s what the refs came up with. I never said he didn’t catch it. He made a helluva catch I was in great coverage. Like I said, it was good on good and he came up with the catch.”

Bryant thought it was a catch. The Cowboys thought it was a catch. Shields thought it was a catch. The NFL didn’t. Bryant said he was reaching for the goal line as he was going down. Shields agreed.

“I did look back and I seen him reaching and I guess that’s when he didn’t control the ball as he was doing that,” Shields said.

does anyone think this SB could possibly be almost a rematch of last year?

Seattle has basically the same team minus percy harvin.

NE's offense is a little less potent like denver's last year, but still good. They have an athletic tight end, slot wr's do alot of damage, and a heck of a QB. Their defense isn't so good against the run, but their corners can do some damage.

Just a thought.

If we shut down Blount, and gronk, and we have a lead, the Patriots will be in trouble. Easier said than done against BB though.

Edit- Cowgirls lost their only chance to get to the SB this year, and for the next 3-4 years. Mark my words. DEZ come to seattle though. jus sayin

I think that is a very tall order. I'm thrilled that they are back in it but I'd be shocked if it were a repeat of last year. Unlike last year they are missing several players that were peaking when they got hurt. Mebane and Hill on the D line are monsters, Richardson and Miller are downfield threats... all out. I'd feel much better if we were at full strength, but as it stands this should be one for the ages.

Crazy talk.... The pats new never get blown out, they have a great D with a lot of talent.... The pats are the all around better team, Seattle has a cut throat D but tom is playing on a high level and will stall tall in the pocket, if they can give brady 3-4 sec then tom will light it up. Seattle O is suspect, other then the read option and lynch ability to run they have zero help in the receiving core. If they can play McCourty single high safety and have Chung spy Russell then it will be a long day for the seagirls. Should be a great game and I'm not buying that Shem and earl are anywhere near 100 percent. I don't mind Russell but I do wish him to get broken into two pieces when he scrambles and tries to stiff arm like he is a running back. He deserves a broken arm when he does that

This.

Both teams are full of assholes and douche-sacks. But if one team is clearly playing their asses off and executing on both sides well, then they deserve the win. I'm a "fan of the game" so I just want to see an exciting, hard-hitting, down to the wire outcome!
