Thanks, Mark.
10-fps gives almost everyone "great timing."

Super-moon, out the car window:
Waxing Gibbous Super-moon by David Stephens, on Flickr The air was clearer than it's been, but there's still a touch of smoke in the air, making this a little less than ideal.

^^^Nice moon shot, DC. I thought about grabbing a Blue Hour shot last night, but there was just the slightest hazy glow around the moon, so I figured it wouldn't be super sharp.

Setting Moon
Blood-orange Moon by David Stephens, on Flickr Rising Sun Rising Sun by David Stephens, on Flickr Record breaking fires in the West are causing relatively thick smoke here, East of the Continental Divide. Before dawn, I took the image of a blood-orange, full-moon, super-moon, setting over the Rocky Mountains. An hour later, I shot the sun rising, no filter required. These are the actual colors. To my amazement, the moon and sun were almost the same size on my sensor. Shot with 7D MkII, 500/f4 II and 1.4x TC-III, hand held.

Nice fawn, Ed. Is that a yearling in back, or Mom?

This little guy was having the hardest time trying to eat a gopher. He kept trying to swallow it whole and it was just too big. I saw two pups, but no mom. Hopefully she was nearby and just out of sight.
