There is always a huge line at this taco truck that does the fusion thingy. Tapatio ramen, as well as carnitas tacos. I went, I ordered, I ate, I haven't been back. Did not notice a police presence.

Tapatio ramen is a stand-alone they offer. I've probably not been to GREAT ramen places, but certainly better than this truck. And I always order spicy, but Taptio is just a fusion I'm not on board with.

The carnitas tacos, the tortillas were completely red from them dipping in "oil" (aka leftover grease they didn't want to dispose of any other way) See, when we turn on the griddle in the backyard, or even when wife makes tacos de pappas, we only get the tortilla a little damp with oil, just so it will fold properly. Completely immersing in oil, and greasy left-over carnitas oil, just too much for my taste.


(p.s. am I qualified to judge? Not by ancestry, 3/4 Irish, 1/4 German. But I came to the 'Nard when I was 3, so I kinda grew up immersed in Hispanic cooking.)

I don't see the "scam". Masks did and do help regardless of what you want to believe. It was stated a long time ago the primary reason to wear a mask is to prevent from spreading the virus to others. Ask yourself why places that had higher % of people wearing masks had better outcomes.

BTW, Dr. Fauci changed his tune on the efficacy of masks. For the record, people wear masks in Asian countries for the very same reason, to prevent spreading viruses and guess what, it works.

From my understanding based on dating a Chinese woman who emigrated here, the use of masks in China are more about dealing with the horrible air quality rather than viruses. There are a ton of respiratory issues that plague residents of China because of the particulates. She even has medical issues because of living there (..[i]TB exposure, etc.[/b]). She couldn't get into our military as a Psychologist because of said medical issues, despite multiple appeals.
