I'm taking it right now, tho I just order the supplements in raw form instead of buying the popular brands that have a ton of extra fillers and crap your body doesn't need. I'm taking it twice a day for 8 weeks, I'm on my 3rd week right now... felt slightly stronger during the first week (maybe a placebo effect) stamina has increased noticeably

Don't think there can be many fillers in what I got. The canister said to put 3 heaping spoons (3g) into glass. I mix it with the other BCAA mix I take in the morning. At first I thought they forgot the scoop, digging thru. Then I finally found this tiny little scoop. My pinky nail seems bigger than the scoop.

Right now I'm just taking basic creatine monohydrate and MusclePharm Combat Powder. I have a tub of banana cream and cookies n' cream. Both taste great.

My first year I was on 2 pre-made meals, 2 Quest bars and 2 protein shakes a day. For the last several months I have started my own meal prep so I eat 5 solid meals a day with 1-2 shakes. I rarely do bars anymore, except when I am traveling. Besides that I take creatine, BCAAs when working out, pre-workout and multivitamins.

Stuff is expensive but I've tried just about all the major pres on the market and this is the best for me... much cleaner energy and no proprietary ingredients which is helpful. No crazy spike, no crash (again, for me)... I work out super early morning and this was the first Pre that has me cranking for a full hour at the gym. First time I used it I ran 3 miles on a treadmill at the end of my workout just because I felt like I could. I also don't even need a full dose of this so it ends up lasting a little bit longer.

Post workout I rotate through whatever high quality whey I can get my hands on for the cheapest.... right now I"m using the JYM protein mix and I actually really like it.

Meal 2: 2 cups oatmeal, 2 tablespoon P28 peanut butter (25 protein)

That's 265g protein/daily, easily. Sometimes I'll add in another chicken breast if I'm still hungry.

When I'm bulking, I can hit upwards of 350 grams of protein/day, easily...

If you can't take in at least 150g protein/day, you aren't taking nutrition seriously enough...
Agreed, I'm easily over 300g protein on a daily basis. Eggs in the morning, 4x meals of 7oz meat and 1-2 40g shakes.

I eat low carb aside from fruits and veggies. Most of the food I eat is pretty bland but I'm cool with that. It's been working so far because I'm at 5'9 175 and 7-8% bf.

Mainly cookies n cream, s'mores, and chocolate chip. I eat 2 a day just to keep me from starving at work and driving somewhere and wasting money/eating like shit

(one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest, protein you can get)

(I only take one "pak" so divide those in half)

(because I get it damn near free)

(it's pretty weak but it's cheap and I get a lot of energy from my preworkout meal anyway)

for leg day

Not a fan of c4. Makes me hot and sweaty but that's about it. Finally ran out of my stash of original jacked and miss it.

I've been using GAT pre-workout for the last 15 months. Still enjoy it, still works for me. I may try the C4 though if it makes you hot and sweaty. Isn't that the idea of your workout?

Also using this for my post-workout:

Recently added this:

And just started using this on Friday:

Been using this for about 4 years and the only thing I could recommend to anyone because this seems to work for everyone!

Not because I'm a reseller, but I did my homework and some aspects are indeed better than what you can get at GNC and stuff... And no, this is not an "illegal scheme".

I might get unpopular here but did any of you guy's taking supplement's ever think about side effect's?
Not kidding you guy's, I'm taling about long run side effect's. As deep under the skin laying zit's that need to get surgically removed, just one of very common surprises when using stuff like that.
Well any consulted doctor will tell you that supplement's are basically stuffed with all kind of chemical ingredient's, wich your body at an certain level can't burn efficiently ( muscle gaining )through your system anymore. It mean's basically your system tries to remove or get rid of substances as it's overfilled, so to say. Then the above side effect's occure, imagine 20+ year's later!
Some people described 1:1 side effect's as anabolic steroid cycles...depression...acne...all in all an disturbance of the vegetative nerv system.
Yep, that's why Iam totally anti-substance-abuse in any kind of way, be it anabolic steroid's or supplement's.
Just think about this one here:
Some supplement's are so sweet( to cover up the ugly taste of protein, powder creatin, amino's ) that basically destroy's alot of organ's in your system. Starting from the teeth end ending with the danger of getting diabetes...
Yep that's how it is and I have not even spoke about the tremendous stress your liver and blatter as well as your urethra is undergoing, as your body need's to get rid of stuff like that and it's not uncommon you start to get little stone's blocking your urethra because of B.S. like that.
See it that way, any mechanical component in your ///M that you put to much stress on, will fail one day...so your body is your temple, then treat it like one

Oh and one thing though, I doubt that the majority that take's supplement's or anabolic steroid's, wich is basically the same. (Drug is drug if you suck on an joint or prepare for the shot ) all the same B.S.
So to continue I highly doubt that the majority on here has an Bachelor or a doctor in chemical science to EXACTLY know what B.S. you are taking and through what hell you are pushing your body/ system through.
Oh it's free for sale on the market? Good argument...but ain't the Marlboro man, said once the same?
Guy's & girl's don't freaking swallow everything that get's thrown infront of you, get that old dusty shed that you wear on top of your throat, in operating condition and freaking start to think about consequences.
Nothing but L.O.V.E.

The amount of sugar you eat does not cause/contribute to diabetes. I've had it for over 35 years.

Now, constantly heaping way more sugar in a big spike may contribute to some insulin resistance (not at all what these athletes are doing) but not the amounts that are in these supplements. Talking regularly having a binge like a night at the movies where you have a squishy,1/2lb candy, popcorn, AND a hot dog.
