As someone who grew up in the 1990s I'd have to say:

-Jurassic Park (original)
-Jurassic Park 3
-Shooter
-The Transporter series
-John Wick

We had a bad weekend after my lovely mother told my kids hearing disabilities makes it impossible to become a pilot so on Sunday we watched the first two Jurassic park movies. It's funny how good it still looks though the plot and the actors are still crap.

Solid list.

I would probably swap Gattaca out with Heat. I enjoyed Inglorious Basterds more than Pulp Fiction, but Pulp was a bit of a revolution, so I'd keep it.

My husband is five years older than I and even he thinks I'm old when it comes to movies! I love old war flicks and cowboy movies I know are racist as fuck and horrible in every way but John Wayne in boots is needed for it to be a movie night, Gary Grant, and my personal favorite Humphrey Bogart being this tough guy with more issues Freud came up with makes or breaks the evening.

Sure, we two might be old as fuck but at least we have taste! These young blokes here watches action movies that don't have Jason Statham in them!

Chinatown.

Full metal jacket if I must.

Hard to pick all-time best movie worthy favorites, but here are the ones I always seem to stop and watch if they happen to be on TV:

Shawshank
Napoleon Dynamite
Office Space
Underworld
Platoon

Me neither. I thought it sounded too much like a Hawaiian island or a Spurs basketball player. But google doesn't lie.

I have a good Grosse Pointe Blank story. Great movie BTW. So my sister owns a store in Toronto in a trendy area. I would work there now and again just to help out. There was always famous people coming in. So one day I was working at the cash and who walks in but Jeremy Piven. I believe he was already in Entourage at this point. Anyway he's looking around and I say out loud "Ten Years!!!!" a few times. He looks at me and darts out of the store without saying a word. What a jerk. For those who don't know it's a line from the film where him and John Cusack are driving around smoking a joint after not seeing each other for uh...ya 10 years.

But on the flip side there was a time when I sat down for a good 30 minutes having a beer with Robin Williams. He was a solid guy. We even wanted to give him a discount on a bunch of stuff he bought but he demanded to pay full pop.

Yeah but I wrote to google the bridges over the damn river I couldn't spell any of it! Zero results.

I haven't seen the movie in 25 years. I could swear it was about Vietnam now. I remember some gear looking old for Vietnam but basically a ten year old me says that is an epic movie to watch and the 35 year old me remembers watching it with my dad, I can't actually remember the war or anything else but the epic time we had while watching it!
