Hemavol by iForce. Why? Because it doesn't have 1,3 dimethyl in it (I notice the side effects of products that have 1,3 in it, and I don't want to think about having to cycle off it), nor does it have any type of creatine. If I supplement with creatine, I'll do it separately. I also don't want my proteins, BCAA's, and my pre-workout to overlap ingredients. Hemavol is not a "do all" type preWorkout like others that throw in everything and the kitchen sink into their product.

For those of you taking these products that have no idea what 1, 3 dimethylamylamine is, do your homework.

^1MR, but the one with 1-3 Dimeth. They recently banned the 1MR with Dimeth and now only make it without the 1-3 Dimeth. Very strong stuff, not the for weak.

Personally I would stay away from anything with 1,3 dimeth. That's why I like assault... It has a lot of quality ingredients, not just stims

I've tried a few, namely: Bullnox, NO Xplode, Neurocore, Assault, Jack 3D, Super Pump and a few others. The one that worked for me was Assault. The one that didn't was Bullnox.
But what may work for me won't neccessarily work for the next guy and vice versa. So I think you need to find what pre-workout suits you and what you are trying to achieve. So it's a bit subjective IMO.
I'll give Razor 8 a try, I'm always keen to try new supplements

MusclePharm Assault. Very Clean. Best one I've tried. Get it on Amazon for cheap.

Or you could just eat organic oatmeal with some flax seeds about 45 minutes before workout.

i've tried the following:

noexplode
jack3d
n'sane
assault
superpump 250

i found the best results with n'sane. best pump out of 5 and best focus (aka caffeine rush) its also one of the few pre workouts that uses krealk instead of monohydrate creatine so much hype about jack3d and assault, i felt nothing with those and saw no noticeable gains.

No supps. Just a banana and a small protein shake with a slice of peanut butter bread. Supps are overrated (pre-supps that is)

White Flood, for sure. I've tried Superpump, Black powder, mri, jack3d, and some other one. I always come back to white flood. Been lifting for years.

not even. pre sup is almost essential to bomb thru heavy deads. its easily good for and extra 25lbs and extra reps at the top of the range.

I do 2 things:

Just about to finish my MP Assault cycle. Will be back on 1/3 bowl of oatmeal with organic skim milk/soy milk, half teaspoon of honey and a small handful of berries (black/rasp/straw/blue)

I've got some free 1MR and something else. Haven't used any of it tho.
