If i had an M3, I would've braked, let him pull ahead, floored it, pulled up behind him (shouldn't be any trouble in an M3, a bloody CAMRY V6 can take on a current 535i, not to mention a 540i) get his plate number, and drop back.

If I lived in america, drop back a little, open my window, fire my Glock (gun of choice) into the front wheel, and hit my brakes. HARD. (unless of course you want to smash into them, you know, to finish them off)
