Pineda and Tanaka (healthy) are a great 1-2 punch. Now if Eovaldi can be consistent and CC can hold up then they're a solid 3-4. Warren isn't bad as the #5 but remember that Nova will be back in the summer. Still can't count on him as he needs to go through rehab and extended spring training. Tex is having a monstrous first few months...

This might be the best worst team in recent Yankee history. They have stretches where they look like a solid playoff team and others where they couldn't beat a AAA team.

My Nats went 3-0 in the first series with the Yanks. Today was a great pitching matchup, but Scherzer let up in the 7th. What a duel.

This team is such an oddball. They'll win 7 in a row with quality starts from the starters and blowout wins then lose to lousy teams with Tanaka/Pineda back to back. Luckily nobody is running away in the AL East. Unless Nova pitches lights out, its gonna be a hit to the rotation with Warren going to the pen.
