I feel like i should have said it originally, but i didn't want to seem like an a** hole. But i was also curious how high the contrast is on your screens or how strong the back lighting is. I actually get some of the canon's color.
I could lighten up the foreground a bit so you can see the barrel better. I guess it would still qualify as a silhouette, no?

Or not. We recon flunkies used to kid the tank crews that they all had small "attachments" so they became tank crewmen just to have a big gun in front of them. Maybe the image is fitting.

No worries... knowing you were wearing pants while taking the photo is good enough for me

Dusk routines... by dcstep, on Flickr

A white-tail deer is headed for her night bed area as Canada geese head to the nearby lake to sleep relatively safe from coyotes.

If you click on the image it'll take you to Flickr, then if you hit the + sign at the upper right it'll show you a Large size on black.

Thanks guys...

Seth, I wanted to include the silhouette of the fans too, so I didn't zoom in too much.

Dont get me wrong, i like it.

Just funny how a photogs mind works. U see a scene and shoot it one way, I see the way you shot a scene and find a scene within that scene.

Great contributions! Not sure if cropping violates Rule 7, but here's my entry:

Angel with Lance statue on the Pont Sant’Angelo, which spans the Tiber river near the Castel Sant’Angelo in Rome. The area was once used to expose the bodies of executed Romans. Taken w/D90 and kit 18-105mm in Rome.
